Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SD Collections.

If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Our Return Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items. All returned items must be:

  • In their original condition
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

How to Return an Item

Request Return

Log into your account and go to "Orders". Select the order and items you wish to return.

Print Label

Print the prepaid return shipping label that will be emailed to you.

Package Items

Pack the items securely in the original packaging if possible.

Ship Package

Drop off your package at any Post Office or collection point.

Refunds & Exchanges

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can request an exchange through your account. If the item you want is in stock, we'll ship it to you as soon as we receive your return.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions & Special Cases

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for a return and replacement at no cost to you.

International Returns

We currently only ship within the UK, but if you've arranged international forwarding and need to return an item, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
